Grant. In exchange for the compensation (if any) described below, the Releasor grants the Releasee a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to reproduce, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use the photograph(s) described in Section 3, in any medium now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose, including commercial, editorial, and promotional use, unless otherwise limited above.

Ownership. The Releasor retains underlying copyright ownership of the photograph(s) except to the extent expressly assigned elsewhere in writing. This release does not transfer copyright ownership; it grants a license to use the photograph(s) as described.

Release of Claims. The Releasor releases the Releasee from claims arising from the licensed use of the photograph(s) as described above, provided such use does not portray the subject matter in a false or defamatory manner.

Binding Effect. This release is binding on both parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
